Panzera Legal Nurse Consulting provides specialized healthcare expertise to attorneys, hospitals, and nursing homes. As a Registered Nurse with 32 years experience, I have focused my practice on Long Term Care. Having worked as a Quality Assurance Coordinator, RNAC, and Director of Nursing, I can readily detect deviations in standards of care, violations of Federal and State regulations. and abuse/neglect issues. With respect to legal consulting, I have worked for plaintiff counsel on elder abuse, wrongful death, and medical malpractice cases. I have worked for defense counsel on a major pharmaceutical class action suit. As a practicing Director of Nursing I can give an insight to the rapidly changing expectations of healthcare consumers.
