I am presently working in the position of Director of Nursing and a Working Manager of a Critical Access Hospital. I am very active in quality Improvement and Risk Management and I am the Infection Control Nurse for the hospital. I have thirty five years of nursing with 20 in OB Nursing and Trauma. I wrote the policies and procedures for the hospital Emergency Room and Trauma IV redesignation and all policies for the Nursing Department. I have worked with attorneys for Nursing Home Cases and all cases were found to have merit. I enjoy research, consulting, Emergency Room and Nursing Home Cases which are my current expertise.
