I am a legal nurse consultant who has extensive experience in virtually every area of nursing except OR. I have worked in the clinical setting for 27 years, including hospital, home care and doctor's office. I have also worked in insurance reimbursement, and was successful in overturning hundreds of insurance denials by thoroughly reviewing charts and writing persuasive letters of appeal. I have reviewed hundreds of cases and have been successful in helping attorneys I've worked for to win many cases, including birth injury, automobile accident and other malpractice cases.
