ONE OF A KIND
There is no site on the internet like it, at least not that I can find. Find Legal Nurse Consultant has been part of the world wide web since 2001, with many changes and embellishments to be sure. It provides longevity and stability of service, is easy to use and to search. To be sure, the membership is by Fee but the web page is free. It has a non-glitz, informational front page as its Trademark along with the “Scroll Reader”. Members Member Services continue to include Featured LNCs, LNC Postings, a Members and Guests list in which LNCs can contribute to their own listing position. Members may list in the Expert Witness listings as well as the Willing to Subcontract area. Under consideration is expansion of the Standards of Care area, depending on the responses to this month’s Standards of Care poll. Non Members Services to non-members are related to the informational area on Find Legal Nurse Consultant and also to the monthly Find LNC Newsletter. Nonmember LNCs may, on request, receive the newsletter. The sign up area is on the Find LNC Here page and also on the Members & Guests Page. This newsletter provides information on how many of “our” attorneys click on their advertising mailer each month and information for Find Legal Nurse Consultant Members. Over 350 legal nurse consultants subscribe to the Newsletter. Non members may register for a membership at anytime to receive full benefits including all listings and a free web page, may also have a link placed to another personal web page. Subcontractors Legal Nurse Consultants or other parties searching for assistance or a particular expertise for a case are drawn to a special section titled: “Will Subcontract” on the main menu of Find Legal Nurse Consultant. There is a lengthy list of legal nurse consultants ready to do subcontract work. Attorneys and Persons Searching for a Legal Nurse Consultant On the web, searchers locate Find Legal Nurse Consultant, www.findlnc.com, by placing legal nurse consultant, legal nurse, or find legal nurse consultant in any search box . These search engines will include Find Legal Nurse Consultant usually within page 1, 2 or 3. Each month, over 350 attorneys receive the attorney mailing. This mailing can be viewed at www.findlnc.com/archives.htm. The mailing leads the interested attorney to Attorney Quick Chart, Find Legal Nurse Consultant, or Specialty Directories. The attorneys that we have are the 350+ who have consistently clicked on the monthly mailings. Over 3000 Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury attorneys initially received mailings. They are still with us or did not show interest. Occasionally a few attorneys will drop out and they are replaced. This month, 400 new attorneys will receive the Attorney Email for the first time. We can expect to see 10 or 20 continue. The legal nurse consultant business, it seems, is highly competitive as LNCs strive to become regulars for a law firm. From where this writer sits, it is difficult to know of the successes of Find Legal Nurse Consultant. Attorneys and member legal nurse consultants communicate directly with each other. Some LNCs are excited when they receive a case and they email to let me know. Sometimes, I find out in other ways, like when an LNC renews or writes to have changes made to the web site. Four LNCs have recently indicated that they have received “cases”. So, with this information, I feel that Find Legal Nurse Consultant is successful in achieving its mission “to provide a service active in pursuing contacts for legal nurse consultants who present their consulting attributes in search of cases to review”. Why a particular LNC is chosen for a case is not known. The web pages are all similar. It could be presentation of self in the narrative or their specialty listings or qualifications. Perhaps location is significant at times. The Attorney Quick Chart is very active and presents specialties. This is probably the primary consideration. From this, I would encourage all members to make changes in their web page information as the changes occur. All changes are free, but can only be made by emailing to request the change.
